In this exercise, we'll be drawing a member of the Egg Shell Family (Ovulidae) and I'll be demonstrating some simple techniques using a water-soluble pen (Pilot Razor Point) and water-soluble graphite pencil (Derwent Medium Wash). After following along to the video below, I encourage you to try this technique with other shells and other media, such as water-soluble colored pencils or watercolors.
