About your instructor
Hi, I'm Christine!
I've been drawing since I could first hold a pencil as a child. My favorite subject is nature and I went on to college and received advanced degrees in both biology and scientific illustration.
I've been self-employed as an artist for over two decades and have created drawings and paintings for a wide variety of organizations including state and national parks, museums, educational programs, publishers, and scientific institutions.
But my favorite thing to do is teach folks like you to gain the skills to draw what you see in nature with ease and confidence!
