Below you'll find your 5-lesson series where you'll learn about the real wildlife species depicted in The Lion King movies, including Mufasa, Zazu, Rafiki, Pumbaa, and Timon.

Each session will focus on a different character and will include downloadable high-resolution images for you to practice drawing. We'll create realistic drawings of them as I share with you videos from Africa! We focus on creating quick 'field' sketches while watching videos of animals in the wild as well as the characters from movie clips. We will also practice making more 'animated, cartoon-style sketches as we observe the exaggerated expressions and behaviors of the movie characters.
